1. AC Cleaning
a. Window-type - Php550/unit
b. Split-type - Php1,100/unit
c. Other Types - Upon inspection
2. General Housekeeping and Sanitation – The package includes cleaning and disinfection of physical surfaces, e.g. tables, chairs, floors, counters, balcony, toilet and bath, cabinets, appliances, and furniture. This requires the application of 3 bucket method of cleaning, followed up by misting and defogging, using EPA approved chemicals.
Price is Php40/sqm for a minimum of Php5,000.00.
If misting and defogging are the only requirements, the price is fixed at Php2,500.00.
3. Cleaning and Sanitation of Kitchens (homes or commercial) – The package includes cleaning and sanitation of physical surfaces such, eg. Kitchen counters, sink, cabinets under the sink, refrigerator, oven toaster, microwave oven, cooking range, range hoods, overhead cabinets, and grease trap. This requires the application of 3 bucket method of cleaning, followed up by steam cleaning and defogging, using EPA approved chemicals.
Price is Php3,500.00.
4. Plumbing, Electrical and Painting Works and Carpentry Repair – This requires skilled labor. Hence, before we can send a professional to your home or office, we need a few basic information about the problem. Based on the information (and picture) provided, we will send a professional to do an actual assessment of the problem and provide you a quote. Once the cost of materials and labor are agreed on, the repairs will be scheduled. For condominium units or offices, the client is required to coordinate with the building managers to secure a work permit.
Please note that these services are limited to works or repairs that don’t require major renovation or structural modification. Such major works are better referred to independent contractors. Usually, for condominium or office buildings, such problems are still under the warranty period of building contractors and therefore are handled better by the building administration. .
