FPD Global (www.fpdglobal.com) is a sister company of FPD Asia that focuses in providing real estate management consultancy services, such as: property appraisal, market study and brokerage. It has a sister company, MyHometel, Inc. (www.myhometelphilippines.com) that is focused on operating boutique hotels. Currently, it is operating five (5) boutique hotels in Cebu, General Santos, Makati and Paranaque; and a service apartment in Fort Bonifacio Global City. Slated for opening in summer of 2012 is another boutique hotel in Coron, Palawan.

Formerly known as FPD Savills, FPD Asia Property Services, Inc. (www.fpdasia.net) is the pioneer in real estate property management services industry in the Philippines. It was established in 1990 and is currently the leader with over 2 million square meters gross floor area (GFA) in its managed portfolio.
